Terms and Conditions

  • Payment should ONLY be done if the application is successful. OMD 2030 will not refund any amount received before an application has been approved or if an application has been declined.
  • Rental fees are non-refundable and are to be paid in full before use of the Boardroom, unless otherwise agreed.
  • OMD 2030 reserves the right to use the boardroom at any given time with reasonable notice well in advance to renter.
  • The renter is responsible for the cleanliness of the boardroom upon conclusion.
  • All costs for repairs or replacement of damaged or lost equipment of OMD 2030 or the facility are the responsibilty of the renter.
  • Male and female ablution facilities are accessible to renter and guests inside the OMD 2030 office.
  • OMD 2030 will only provide access to the smart TV with HDMI cable, TV remote, camera remote, whiteboard with markers and duster, and Wi-Fi. The renter should provide stationary, laptops and any other electronic devices and cables as required.
  • OMD 2030 will not be liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to the renter or guest’s property or other liabilities that may be incurred during the use of their facility.
  • OMD 2030 Office hours are 09h00 – 13h00 & 14h00 – 16h00 Monday to Friday. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
